Above $5,000,000 many of the homes are sold quietly and never promoted, and they knew that to have the maximum number of options they would need to tap into this market. They were also concerned that they may buy a home that is affected by planning changes which could impact the value, enjoyment and views of their future home. Very thorough due diligence about the final house and neighbourhood was important to them.
We reviewed 16 off market homes and two on market homes for John and Julie, reducing this down to eight suitable properties to show them, and finally negotiating and securing a beautiful large off market four bedroom home on one of Parnell's best streets. The home features a gorgeous manicured garden, swimming pool, cinema, yoga room and plenty of space for visiting friends and family.
