Martelli Buyers is a dedicated, full time team of buyer's agents based in Newmarket, Auckland. Buyer representation is our only focus, and we do not divide our attention across other roles or competing interests. That means every decision we make is driven by our clients' best interests, and our commitment to raising standards for buyers across the industry.
We are selective about who joins Martelli Buyers. We only recruit exceptional people who align with our values, mission and high standards of service and professionalism.

I established Martelli Buyers Agents in 2023 with the purpose of providing buyers with fairer representation in a property deal, higher standards across the industry, and to challenge the status quo in New Zealand real estate. Today Martelli Buyers stands out as the pioneer of buyer's advocacy in Auckland and is growing year on year, both in transaction numbers and market share.
Born and raised in Auckland, and a graduate of Auckland University, I have developed my career to specialise in all facets of property. This included 11 years living in Hong Kong, Sydney and London in director level roles for Savills International, Strutt & Parker BNP Paribas and CBRE. My roles have encompassed full time buyers agency in Australia, new build residential advisory and strategy in the UK, and both building and leading marketing and sales teams in mainland China, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
The team we have built at Martelli Buyers are specialists in their area and we each focus on working with a small number of clients to achieve their property goals. My clients have included luxury home buyers, families seeking to upsize, first time buyers, down-sizers and investors. Some of my clients are New Zealanders living off shore and wanting a professional in their corner to source and negotiate the right home for their family. Other clients are local and want access to more options, better negotiating power, and guidance on what to buy and how much to pay.
I have met countless individuals who felt disheartened by the buying process, have missed out on homes they loved having invested time and money, or felt that the information being given to them was biased or dishonest. There is an assumption that DIY is in our DNA and as such we must be experts in finding and negotiating on homes; I beg to differ.

I have a genuine passion for property and take great pride in helping clients secure the right home or investment with confidence. With experience across real estate, construction, and investor management, I bring a well-rounded understanding of property value, market conditions, and the importance of aligning every purchase with a client’s goals or brief.
Born and raised in Auckland, I have worked in real estate and recruitment in the UK and New Zealand, helping my clients to find the best possible outcome for their needs.
From our initial consultation through to negotiation and due diligence, I work closely with my buyer clients to understand their brief and guide them through every stage of the purchasing process. I have experience assisting first-home buyers, upsizers, downsizers, and investors to secure properties that suit their lifestyle and budget needs.

I began my real estate career in the UK as a sales broker in central London. Bringing three years of experience as a residential sales broker, I now work closely with clients to identify and secure homes that align not only with their immediate needs, but also with their long-term lifestyle or investment goals.
I take pride in offering a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, highlighting considerations that clients may not have initially identified and ensuring every decision is well-informed. My focus is on delivering a seamless, client-focused experience, with an emphasis on quality, insight, and trust.
I was born and raised in the South Island where I took part in a number of labour intensive roles before moving to Auckland in 2020 to begin my sales career in the luxury car market. Three great years in London selling residential property made me realise how much of a special place New Zealand is with excellent opportunities in the property sector
