Remuera Investment in Meadowbank School Zone

The Johnsons approached Martelli Buyers Agents after a recommendation from a friend who knew the business and its results. The property was exceptionally popular with  a packed auction room and seven active bidders. Knowing the market values and completing thorough due diligence allowed us to buy the home under the hammer at the right price, and the Johnsons had a tenant secured within a month.
