Fantastic Albany Family Home
Liv and Cat needed a family home in a preferred primary school zone on the lower North Shore, but knew that the good quality homes would be limited and there was little selection of family homes available. They were also both working full time with a family to raise so scouring open homes every weekend was not ideal.
We worked with Liv and Cat to refine the brief of what was important, review the budget, and source homes that met their needs and within the desired school zone.
The right home was sourced and thorough due diligence completed to make sure it was safe and secure for their family. They now have a beautiful Albany property that offers the lifestyle, home and garden they were seeking.
