Open Plan Villa in the Heart of Ponsonby
JP and Anna approached Martelli Buyers Agents wanting to secure a beautiful home in Auckland but finding the process difficult being based in Japan. They wanted a home they could move back to one day, and would rent well in the meantime. Through the search we sourced a number of beautiful off market and on market villas that met the brief, and through local market knowledge and relationships we were able to complete thorough due diligence and ascertain the right price. These unique homes are highly sought after and can be very competitive to buy so moving quickly and thoroughly is essential.
We secured a character villa in the heart of Ponsonby for JP and Anna through a very competitive tender. The home has immediately attracted excellent tenants and will be a lovely home for JP and Anna to enjoy in the future.
We recently contracted Alex and Karin to act as our buyer's agents in the search for a home in Auckland. As New Zealand and Australian citizens living abroad, the process could have been complex, but they made it a breeze.
