Returning New Zealander Secures Perfect St Heliers Home
Joanne approached Martelli Buyers when she was finding it challenging to secure a good Auckland beachside from Sydney. Joanne wanted a home that was an easy walking distance to a village and as close to Auckland's beautiful waterfront as possible. The home needed to have two or more bedrooms, covered parking and some outdoor sunny garden.

We sourced a beautiful St Heliers home that met the brief but needed thorough due diligence, and secured the property in post auction negotiations. Joanne was able to relax from Sydney and know that the process had been managed smoothly on her behalf, and she now has a home less than 10minute walk from the beach.
