High Quality New Build for First Time Buyer

Natalie was referred to Martelli Buyers Agents having spent six months investing time, costs and energy into due diligence on multiple houses but frequently finding that the properties were selling outside of her budget, or coming up with construction issues including unconsented work and asbestos. Natalie wanted a comfortable and secure first home for herself with two bedrooms and a home office, and good access to public transport and the CBD.

Natalies challenge was understanding which issues identified in a building report would be costly, and which could be easily resolved, and finding enough time in her busy work schedule to view open homes, conduct due diligence and manage all of the follow up.

Martelli & Co decided to review high quality new build homes to avoid fears of repairs and maintenance, and secured Natalie a three bedroom townhouse, recently completed by an excellent local builder. The home is modern, exceptionally well built and located near a major bus route. We negotiated a custom built island bench and cupboards as part of the deal, matching the kitchen cabinetry and finishings, to give Natalie a beautiful personalised entertaining space and providing the additional storage she needed.
