Relocating Family Secure St Heliers Stunner

Flo and Caro were referred to Martelli Buyers when they were looking for their first New Zealand family home. Based in Germany and moving to Auckland in the winter, they wanted a beautiful safe, warm and well built home for their family of five. School zones were vital for their three teenage daughters so the focus was on homes in Remuera, Meadowbank, St Heliers and Kohimrama.

Given the clients would not see the home in person before purchasing, as is common for our offshore Martelli clients, it was essential that we could provide in depth videos and information about the house, roads and local area so that they felt they were in safe hands and buying the right house.

We sourced many beautiful modern homes, but two in particular that met their brief. We negotiated both to give our clients the best possible choice and secured a stunning new build home on Auckland prestigious Riddell Road with views, multiple living spaces, stunning architecture and design, and in the desirable Glendowie College zone.
