Being based in Sydney, Jonathan contacted Martelli & Co Buyers Agents seeking help to qualify investment properties on the ground. During this search we identified a number of issues with homes being marketed including undisclosed works, previous earthquake damage, and issues with newly built retaining walls.
Through our agent relationships we sourced an off market home in Milford, situated within the coveted Westlake Boys and Westlake Girls school zones, near North Shore hospital, and with a very happy tenant already in place. The home is exceptionally well built being brick and tile and has scope for improvements. We negotiated this well below his budget, providing a good yield in an increasingly desirable part of the North Shore.
