New St Heliers Family Home

Duncan and Natalie were recommended to  Martelli Buyers Agents by their mortgage advisor Sandi Brown at Jamie & Co when they had missed out on a number of homes in the eastern suburbs. They wanted help to pursue only good quality homes that would sell within their price range., to avoid wasting time and due diligence costs.  Access to St Heliers Bay Primary, St Heliers beach and local community, was important to them, and they wanted a home that was dry, modern, warm and had good flow. 

Martelli Buyers understood the brief and assessed a number of houses, eventually settling on a newly built home in central St Heliers that ticked all boxes. After a week of negotiations we secured the home within Duncan and Natalie's budget, and had a few smaller items like landscaping and fencing included in this. Natalie and Duncan now have a beautiful modern four bedroom, northwest facing home with indoor outdoor flow to a swimming pool, in time for the summer.
