Fabulous Parnell Home with City Views

We previewed the home before the public had and started our due diligence early, ensuring we knew everything about the home prior to auction. Our Due diligence included researching historic overlays and view shafts of neighbouring properties to ensure the fabulous view would be protected, and having in depth market knowledge to know the correct price to pay.
