Waiheke Family Beachside Getaway

Briana and Alastair, based in Auckland, wanted a getaway home on Waiheke Island for their family to enjoy beachside living in the weekends and holidays. The home found was perfect for their needs being a couple of minutes walk to Palm Beach, on a level site, and having plenty of upside opportunity. The challenge was ensuring they were paying the right price in a highly competitive Waiheke market, and ensuring the right consultants were engaged to complete due diligence. Being low lying, further research was needed to ensure the home and garden would be dry and safe for their family.
