Al and Kathryn were recommended to Martelli Buyers Agents when they were struggling to find the time to visit and review homes, and as busy full time doctors with a young family acknowledged that the search and negotiation would be overwhelming, and they risked buying a home with problems or overpaying. Easy access to motorways and hospitals was important, and they wanted to be in the zone for an excellent primary school.

Karin and Alex worked with Kat and Al to assess good quality homes in Remuera, Mount Eden and Mount Albert with a focus on primary schools, safety and security, space to grow, and access to arterials. We quickly focussed on Halston Road for its excellent proximity to all that Kat and Al required, and being a north facing character bungalow with a large sunny garden.

We secured the house through post auction negotiations and our clients are thrilled to have their own family home in time for Christmas.
